King of the Castle

Adam got a surprise last night when our friend Jamie brought him his very own castle, she found it at the craft store. It is a cardboard castle that is big enough for Adam to play in, but that he can color on it as well. He loves it. In the end it took 5 adults to construct it, so now we will see how long the cardboard holds up to our rambunctious toddler (even with the reinforcements we added). Big thank you to Jamie for thinking of Adam.

Back from Jamaica!

We have just returned from a whole week in paradise. We had an amazing time at the Sandals resort in Ocho Rios, Jamaica with Joel and Erika. We managed to pack in scuba diving, snorkeling, rock climbing, volleyball, dancing, eating and still have time to lay in the sun and drink up some pina coladas. We missed our little man, but he was in the good hands of all his grandparents. A big thank you to them for taking such good care of him. I will have a longer update after I have adjusted to being back into cold weather. For now, here are just a few pictures from the trip!
