My carpets are clean!

Thanks to my wonderful mother, who came to visit this last weekend, I have nice clean carpets. We rented a Rug Doctor, and while Ryan and I vacuumed and moved furniture (Ok just Ryan did most of that stuff) mom did the cleaning. I hope she didn't mind that we put her to work. Later on Saturday, Joel and Erika joined up for a barbeque, again mom was put to work with Rikki to clean up the kitchen. Apparently that is what Ryan and I do to our guests, we feed them and then put them to work. Thanks you guys. :)

We have a very cute nest of swallows on our deck. We have a mom with her three baby chicks. We enjoyed watching the mom feed her babies as we sat on the deck.

Mama bird didn't think we were as cute, and she unfortunatly let Ryan know. We all got a pretty good laugh out of it, well except for Ryan.

I had my doctor check up today. The babies heart sounded good, he is in a good position and mom is feeling good. 34 weeks and counting.

Busy weekend

Ryan and I had a weekend full of activity. On Saturday, we had our first lamaze class and after we went to the movie "Knocked Up". The movie was ok. I could have done with a little less nudity and f bombs. Sunday was church, more lamaze, and a Redhawks game with Erika and Joel. The Redhawks won with a 3 run homer in the 12th. Go team! Yesterday, I took the night off and got a lot done. My uncle's wife Sandy and her friend Diane stopped and had dinner with us on their way through to Bayfield. It was great to catch with them and get the news on the family. After dinner, we had the last of our prenatal classes. With three days of baby classes I must have seen at least 15 babies being born. The classes were pretty informative but it made for a long weekend with a lot information thrown at us. I hope everyone else had a good weekend!

Fun at the lake!

This weekend Robin and I went to visit my parents on their boat at Lake Sakakawea.
We had great weather, except for one bit of thunder we heard. Great wind on Sunday after a perfect night of calm on Saturday evening. The worst part of the weekend was the steak and shrimp kabobs. :) Here are some wild action pics from this weekend.

Congrats to Aaron and Tanya!

This last weekend we had the pleasure of being apart of Aaron and Tanya's wedding in Worthington, MN. In spite of the rain, it was a beautiful wedding. It was fun to see all of our friends that we haven't seen in awhile and celebrate with the happy couple. I do have pictures from the weekend but since I am updating from work I will have to post them later.

The only bad part of this last weekend is when we returned home we found that some punks decided to slash a tire on our truck. Apparently they have no idea how expensive truck tires are or they really don't care. I will never understand that mentality. I feel bad for our neighbors they had two tires slashed on their car.

Anyway I will update tomorrow with pictures. Take care!
