Family Time

After being out of town for work for the past week, it was really nice to have a day of nothing but quality time with my boys. We decided to forgo staying indoors, watching football and instead went to church, had a picnic and participated in the Fargo Parks Fall Festival. What a beautiful day to be outdoors spending time with the family!
Enjoying a picnic lunch at the park near our church.
Adam taking a trip down the inflatable slide.
This was Adam's favorite part. He was really excited about the pony rides. In line, he kept jumping up and down asking "Is it Adam's turn for the horsey ride?"

Decorating his pumpkin cookie.
Decorating a mini pumpkin. Glitter and glue all over!
There were a bunch of farm animals to look at and pet.
Adam and Daddy making their way through the hay bale maze.
Adam also got to go through the pumpkin patch and pick out his very own pumpkin.
"This one looks good!"
"Hey Mommy, how about this one?"
"Ok, what do I do with this thing?"
"Tada!"
Of course we ended the wonderful day with story time!

Puzzle Time!

Adam's favorite thing to do lately has been his puzzles. He just took them out one night and now that is all he wants to do. It keeps him entertained for quite awhile which helps when Ryan and I need to get some things done around the house. He is getting pretty good and doing some of the harder ones by himself.

Labor Day Weekend

I had the honor of being part of my best friend Michelle "Meeks" Wirtz's wedding this weekend. It was a beautiful and weekend and a good time was had by all. It started with Meeks taking Rikki and I to a perfume boutique to pick out our "signature scent". Saturday was their outdoor wedding and dinner party and Sunday was the big reception. It was a very romantic and beautiful event and I wish her and her new husband Luther all the best.

The happy couple!
Adam got to spend the weekend with his Grandma and Grandpa Fried out on the big boat. Despite a small bout of sea sickness, sounds like everyone had a good weekend at the lake as well. I do not have any new pictures that I have taken of Adam however the proofs from Adam's three year pictures are done. If you want to see a pretty cute toddler check out www.classic-photography.net. Click on your proofs and type in the password: fried. Enjoy!
