Crazy Weekend

Erika and I were a little crazy this weekend. We went down to Minneapolis for a girls weekend with Meeks in the some very horrible weather, not to mention I was battling a pretty bad cold. On the way down to the cities, we stopped to help a poor girl who got clipped by a semi truck. The girl was ok but her car was not. Once we got to Minneapolis we got all dressed up and went out to 20.21 an amazing Wolfgang Puck restraunt. Check out what we got for desert.

We spent the rest of the weekend shopping and of course eating more. It was a very fun weekend for all of us. When I got home I realized that Ryan had a very productive weekend. He got a bunch of little projects done around the house and did some much needed cleaning. I should really leave town more often if it means he'll do that all the time. Here is a picture Ryan took of me modeling my sweet new maternity pants along with my latest baby belly.

We went to the doctor again today and got a clean bill of health for both mommy and baby. We got to listen to the little baby heartbeat which was rather exciting. The big appointment is coming up in a few weeks which is where, provided baby cooperates, we find out if baby is baby boy or baby girl. Since we've been promising belly pics, here are a couple for all you admirers out there in computer land. The first one is an older picture from January 6. The second one was taken today so you can see what the past couple of months have brought.

We finally are posting!

Just as promised (sorry it took so long) we are posting on our site. Ryan and I just got back from the cities where we spent Ryan's birthday and Superbowl with friends. Go Colts! Things are pretty low key around here lately. Ryan is putting in a lot of hours at Pepsi and I am working nights at the VA hospital. We are very slowly starting to get things ready for the baby around here. Now that I am more or less out of the morning sickness phase I have more energy to get things done.

We had a doctor's appointment a few weeks ago where we got our first pictures of baby. The doctor says everything is looking good so far. Here are a few of the pics.

You can make out the head and the little arms and legs in the pictures. We can't tell if is a boy or girl quite yet. Now that I am starting to show a little we will get some belly pics up.
