Congrats to Tara and Matt!

Congratulations to Tara and Matt! This weekend was a very fun weekend for our family. Tara (Ryan's cousin) got married! They had a beautiful wedding on Saturday followed by a very fun reception. We all had a good time eating, dancing, and having a couple drinks. It got to be a pretty long weekend for Adam though. He was completely off schedule with a couple of late nights. He was so tired tonight it was no problem getting him to bed. We will make sure he has some quiet nights here this week so the poor little guy can recover. He did perform excellently this weekend though. He did well at the wedding, he made a few shouts but it blended in with all the other kids in the congregation. Everyone got to play their favorite game, pass the baby, and Adam went to anyone no problem and he had a big smile for everyone who had one for him. Today he got to go swimming at the hotel. It was a much better experience for him this time, the pool was much warmer. Adam again got spoiled by his grandmothers. Ryan and I got spoiled by the grandmas as well. Friday Warren and Sonya took Adam for the day, my mom watched him on Saturday night so Ryan and I could stay and enjoy the reception. She also did laundry and cleaned up around the house (boy do we know how to treat our guests). Thanks mom! I would also like to thank Rikki for letting us crash her place for lunch today!! Of course what would a fun weekend be without lots of fun pictures (I am having a little trouble with the video). Enjoy!

Translation...

Since mom and dad had been bad at updating lately I have taken it upon myself to update.
Hello and happy belated Easter. Auntie Kristen came down to visit me and she brought me presents. Then everyone got excited over the coloring of these white round things, so I decided to take a nap. The next day we went to church mom and dad went the big room with all the music while I got to hang out in the room with all the toys. I think I got the better deal there. After church I got a present for some Easter bunny guy. I am starting to like all these cool presents that are coming my way. Anyway here are some pictures that mom took of my weekend. I can't wait to see my Grandma's this weekend. Whenever one of those ladies are around it usually mean lots of hugs and kisses (and more presents) :) !!

Here's daddy all excited about those egg things.

I was more excited about grabbing Aunt Kristen's ear.

I think I may be doing something wrong.

I know Aunt Kristen made it but I do thing this hat makes me look a little funny.

Hey Easter bunny guy, I asked for a real dog!

If daddy is doing it, I'm going to do it.

What's with all the funny hat's they keep putting me in?

Wow!

I am so sorry! I didn't realize how long it had been since I last updated. I really have no excuses, these days are just getting away from me. It seems like every night we have something going on or Ryan has the computer tied up playing World of Warcraft. That should hopefully be remedied when I get my new laptop in a couple weeks! Adam isn't doing many new tricks. He is rolling at ease now and he is babbling a lot more. His newest thing is da da da da over and over followed by a loud scream. I like to think he is saying daddy (especially when he has a poopy diaper to change). I will try to get the cuteness on tape. I wish I had more to tell you all but there is really nothing to interesting going on. I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter holiday. We expect everyone if Fargo next year :) ! Here are some new Adam pics.

Adam looks just like his daddy in this picture.

Check out the hair finally coming in.

So happy to be a naked baby!

This is Adam's new duck look that he has been trying out.

Adam's Dedication Weekend

So sorry for the delay in posting. We were having trouble posting pictures to our blog and then we got busy. Anyway here is our post finally. Adam was dedicated at church this weekend so we had lots of family and friends in town. It was a full weekend of food and fun (and then more food). Adam has been such a blessing for us and it was wonderful to get up in front of our church and family and make the commitment to raising him to know his Creator. We praise God every day for Adam! Saturday, we took Adam swimming for the first time. Unfortunately, the hotel was having a problem with the pool heater so the pool was very cold. Adam didn't like it so much, but he sure looked cute in his swimsuit! Here are just a few pictures from the weekend. The grandma's got some great pictures so I hope (hint hint) that they get emailed or find their way to us so I can post them and show everyone.

Here is Adam sporting his new swimsuit. He didn't like the cold pool but her sure like showing off that big belly!

After swimming everyone came by the hotel for some pizza and fun. Here is Adam with his cousins Tara and Bergen.

Adam with his cake (he even got to try some of the frosting).

We managed to cozily cram 16 adults and 2 children into our home for lunch on Sunday after church!

Bergen was so nice and helped Adam open his presents.

Why, yes, I can roll over.

Some of you may have heard some rumors about somebody who may be rolling over. Here is proof that miracles can happen. I know that Robin was worried that he may never roll over and be the laughing stock of all the other babies at daycare.
