Friday night we took a trip up to Grand Forks for Aunt Kristen's white coat ceremony for med school. We are very proud of her and wish her the best of luck in her first year of med school. Saturday I went to a beautiful bridal shower for my friend Jenny Thompson. It was at the Hotel Donaldson and is was really really nice. That night we went over to Erika and Joel's for a surprise 30th birthday party for Joel, and he was actually surprised. Joel's brother and sister in law Josh and Shyla were there with their 20 month old son Raleigh, who by the way has gotten so big and is so cute. It was a lot of fun watching he and Adam interact with each other. Shyla who is pregnant again is looking wonderful as well and a big congrats to her and Josh.
Finally, today started with a trip to church and after a quick nap and lunch it was off to the Red Hawks game with Erika and Joel. Right after the game, we headed over to Island Park for the Jass festival. We had many friends participating in the concert and they all did a wonderful job. Congrats to Christopher for another great Jass. It was also a great time catching up with friends that we haven't' seen in awhile.
By the end of today, Adam was sooooo tired. Our little man as had such a busy weekend. Today was a little hard on him because he got a little more sun than we intended. The sky was a little overcast and even with a hat and sunscreen the few places that we missed with sun screen were pretty pink by the end of the day. I feel terrible. On the sleeping front, Adam is back to going to bed with no fuss. This is a big relief for Ryan and I. I am so glad that this phase didn't last very long. OK enough for tonight, enjoy the pictures from the weekend.
